2. Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description, you may be eligible for a replacement or other appropriate remedy.
This policy applies only to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or fulfillment errors and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
3. Digital Products
Digital crochet patterns, guides and downloadable files are delivered by Instant Download.
If a digital file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible or you receive the wrong file, we will provide a corrected download or replacement file at no additional cost.
4. Warranty Does Not Cover
