2. Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description, you may be eligible for a replacement or other appropriate remedy.

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or fulfillment errors and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

3. Digital Products

Digital crochet patterns, guides and downloadable files are delivered by Instant Download.

If a digital file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible or you receive the wrong file, we will provide a corrected download or replacement file at no additional cost.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, warranty service is limited to replacing or correcting defective digital files.

4. Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized modifications.
  • Accidental damage after delivery.
  • Products damaged by improper storage.
  • Issues caused by unsupported software or devices.
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings.

5. Replacement Eligibility

You may qualify for a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your product arrived damaged.
  • Your product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Your digital download cannot be opened or accessed.
  • The product differs substantially from its description.

6. How to Request a Replacement

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Your full name.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of damaged physical products (if applicable).
  • Screenshots of digital download issues (if applicable).

7. Inspection

We may request additional information or photographs to verify the issue before approving a replacement.

In some situations, returning the defective product may be required before a replacement is issued.

8. Replacement Process

Once approved, we will provide one of the following, depending on the circumstances:

  • A replacement product.
  • A corrected digital download.
  • A replacement shipment.
  • A refund when a replacement is not available.

9. Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved due to our error or a defective product, replacement shipping costs within the United States will be paid by opeay.

Digital replacement files are provided free of charge.

10. Processing Time

Replacement requests are reviewed as quickly as possible after all required information has been received.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

11. Limitation of Warranty

Except where prohibited by law, this Warranty & Replacement Policy is the exclusive warranty provided by opeay regarding products sold through our website.

No implied warranties extend beyond the period required by applicable law.
