Digital products may be provided by instant download after successful payment. Access instructions may be displayed on the confirmation page or sent to the email address supplied during checkout.

For physical products, any applicable processing and delivery estimates will be displayed on the product page, at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Digital Products and Instant Downloads

Certain products sold by opeay may consist of digital crochet patterns, instructions, templates or other downloadable content.

Digital products are considered delivered when the download link or access instructions are made available to the customer.

You agree not to:

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns when the return is approved and completed using the instructions provided by our support team.

Returned physical products must generally be:

• Unused and unworn.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, downloaded or accessed digital products may not be eligible for return or refund except where the file is defective, materially different from its description or where a refund is required by applicable law.

A physical-product order may be canceled before it enters processing or shipment. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Digital orders may not be canceled after the download or access link has been delivered.

11. Accuracy of Account Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate and current billing, shipping, contact and account information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
