Many of our crochet products are digital downloads, including crochet patterns, templates, guides and printable files.

Digital products are delivered by Instant Download immediately after successful payment.

Download instructions may appear on the order confirmation page and will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Physical Products

If physical crochet products are available, they will be processed and shipped according to the estimated processing time shown on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized.

• Orders are processed Monday through Sunday.
• Orders are not processed until payment has been confirmed.
• Incorrect billing or shipping information may delay processing.
• Orders may require additional verification for security purposes.

Digital crochet products delivered by Instant Download incur no shipping charges.

If physical products are ordered, applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Digital products do not require shipment tracking.

If a physical product includes tracking, tracking information will be sent by email after shipment whenever available.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue whenever applicable.

11. Failed Delivery

Orders returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Because we currently ship only within the United States, customers are not expected to incur customs duties or import taxes on domestic deliveries.

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free for approved returns completed according to our Refund Policy.

Digital products delivered through Instant Download are generally non-returnable after the file has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law or if the file is defective.

Physical-product orders may be cancelled before shipment begins.

Digital-product orders generally cannot be cancelled after download access has been provided.
